Platform
The first version focuses on the operational loop that matters most: ad spend, sales, profit, search terms, and the daily report that tells the team what to do next.

Data use
AZBoss accesses data only after a seller grants authorization. The platform uses the minimum data required to provide advertising analytics, profit analysis, keyword recommendations, and reports for that seller's own accounts.
Security
The production service is intended to separate tenant data, protect API tokens, restrict internal access, and maintain logs for operational security and incident response.
Each organization, marketplace, and connected seller account is scoped independently in the application data model.
Refresh tokens and sensitive credentials are stored using encryption and rotated or revoked when access changes.
Role-based permissions limit workspace access for owners, operators, analysts, and support users.
Authorized sellers may request account disconnection and deletion of stored business data from the service.
